What will you be doing?
As our new Courier & Road Freight Forwarder, you’ll be part of a strong team in Odense working closely with customers to find the right transport solutions that fit their specific needs. Your tasks will include:

• Coordinating shipments and ensuring high service levels across courier and road transport
• Collaborating with suppliers, partners, and colleagues to deliver seamless logistics solutions
• Communicating with customers and vendors via phone and email
• Conducting customer visits and using your freight forwarding skills to build relationships
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal processes in close cooperation with the Courier & Road Manager
• Following up on deliveries and ensuring procedures are executed accurately

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• A background in freight forwarding with experience in courier and/or road transport
• Experience with rate requests and preparing customer quotes
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• A commercial mindset and a willingness to challenge and improve workflows
• The ability to take initiative and work both independently and in teams
• Ideally, experience with CargoWise (not a requirement, but a plus)
